The 3rd Kraft Cheese Festival in Kyiv is a confirmation that cheese making in Ukraine is able to compete in world markets.
The festival brought together about 50 Ukrainian producers and hundreds of different types of cheeses, from classic gouda and camembert to experiments, such as whey-based cheese or caramel, beer or cognac. Our team also visited the festival and was pleased with the number of domestic producers.
The quality of the products testifies to the huge export potential of niche types of cheese with long maturity.
That is why Ukrainian cheese products have every chance to compete with the French, Swiss or Dutch in the near future!
